I thrived as an investment banker with Credit Suisse for almost a decade, and yet it wasn’t until I decided to trade the limitations of what should be for the infinite potential of what could be and trusted that voice within myself about who I fully am that my life changed forever.

Over the past 15 years, I have lived and worked across 5 continents and served as an executive coach and strategic advisor to hundreds of global leaders and teams from Fortune 500 companies, scale-up ventures, and global NGOs. In addition, I’m co-Founder & Chief Catalyst of FutureWomenX, The Guide to global women leaders committed to revolutionizing leadership to shape a more sustainable, equitable, and limitless tomorrow.

I have a BS in Business from Georgetown University and a Masters in Development Planning from University College London. I’ve trained as a Mediator at the Center for Dispute Resolution, and completed certified Coaching Training, Theory U systems change from MIT’s Presencing Institute, and Futures Literacy from UNESCO’s Chair of Futures Literacy at Hanze University. I’m also a certified Death Doula.
