I thrived as an investment banker with Credit Suisse for almost a decade, and yet it wasn’t until I decided to trade the limitations of what should be for the infinite potential of what could be and trusted that voice within myself about who I fully am that my life changed forever.

Over the past 15 years, I have lived and worked across 5 continents and served as an executive coach and strategic advisor to hundreds of global leaders and teams from Fortune 500 companies, scale-up ventures, and global NGOs. In addition, I’m co-Founder & Chief Catalyst of FutureWomenX, The Guide to global women leaders committed to revolutionizing leadership to shape a more sustainable, equitable, and limitless tomorrow.

I have a BS in Business from Georgetown University and a Masters in Development Planning from University College London. I’ve trained as a Mediator at the Center for Dispute Resolution, and completed certified Coaching Training, Theory U systems change from MIT’s Presencing Institute, and Futures Literacy from UNESCO’s Chair of Futures Literacy at Hanze University. I’m also a certified Death Doula.

Where do we start?

Change happens at the speed of trust.

There’s no PowerPoint for transformation, and the journey we’ll go on can’t be experienced through a training module. 

Our journey together generally begins in one of two ways - Executive Coaching or Group Off-sites/Retreats - to facilitate deep engagement, get to the root of the change journey ahead, and generate positive, forward momentum and trust.

From here, we target the exact points of change needed next to realize your bold ambitions.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching helps leaders of change:

  • Articulate your organizational and leadership vision and priorities

  • Identify and clarify opportunities and challenges and make conscious choices that amplify impact and influence

  • Navigate internal conflicts and politics, remove obstacles and roadblocks, and refresh team dynamics

  • Identify personal strengths and weaknesses and become more conscious of how they show up to and for others 


  • Delegate effectively, and give and receive essential feedback

Group Retreats and Off-sites

Through highly-customized immersive 2-5 day programs, you will:

  • Deepen trust and build open and honest communication 

  • Harvest the key ingredients and wisdom that got you here today 

  • Vividly imagine the next level impact that you want to create

  • Dive into your sticky issues and creative problem solving across teams, departments and/or stakeholder groups
